A coaching program run by Tim Graves, PGA. You measure six areas of your game — off the tee, approach, pitching, chipping, putting and bunker play — and your coach reads those numbers to find the one area costing you the most strokes. You then work that area for six weeks and retest. Swing coaching is included; it just is not the starting point.
About ten minutes a day, six days a week, plus the assessments themselves. The program is built around short, specific daily work rather than long range sessions. If you cannot commit to that, say so on your application — Tim would rather turn you away than take you on and fail you.
No. The coaching runs through the member app wherever you play — you log your rounds and assessments, and your coach reads them and sets your plan. The campus in Edmond is where the Trifecta schools are held, and one of those is included with an annual enrollment, but the day-to-day program does not require you to be there.
If you do not reduce your measured scoring by at least five strokes in your first thirty days, we keep coaching you at no further charge until you do. It is satisfied by continued coaching, not by a cash refund. Because it is measured, it depends on your data: you need to complete your initial assessments so there is a baseline, log the rounds and retests your coach prescribes, and make a genuine effort at the daily work. Pricing is discussed on your call, once we know what your game actually needs. Scoring University is application only and we do not sell a one-size package off the page — the honest answer is that it depends on what you enroll in. Ryan will be straightforward with you about the number on the call, and if it is not right for you he will say so.
Because the guarantee is real. Tim can only promise a result to students who will do the daily work, so every application is read personally by Ryan Westrick, our Enrollment Advisor. He turns down more people than he accepts — usually on time commitment rather than ability. If it is not a fit, he will tell you and point you somewhere better.
Ryan reads your application and responds within twenty-four hours. If it looks like a fit, you will have a twenty-minute discovery call on the calendar that week to walk through where your strokes are actually going. There is no obligation on that call.
The method works from any handicap, because everything is measured against where you are rather than against a tour player. What matters more than your current scores is whether you can commit to the daily work. Apply and be honest about where you are — that is what the application is for.
Yes, and this is a deliberate part of the method. Distance targets are adjusted by age and sex, and paired with the course length they assume — 6,900 yards for men under 50 down to 5,200 for legends and women over 50. A seventy-year-old scratch golfer does not need to hit it 242 yards. Most instruction ignores this entirely; the assessments are built around it.

Three intensive schools held on the Edmond campus four times a year: the Short Game Lab, the Playing School on our six-hole Infinity Course, and the AAI Mental Game School, co-taught with Paul Monahan. One is included with an annual enrollment — you pick the one your data says you need most.
Yes. You can cancel within seven days of your enrollment starting for a full refund of that term, less the value of any school you have already attended. After that, fees for the current term are not refundable — but the guarantee means you keep being coached at no additional charge until you reach the result. You are assigned a coach after your Handicap Review, matched to what your assessment data shows. Tim Graves leads the method and Paul Monahan teaches the mental game school. You can message your coach directly in the app and they will see your numbers as you log them.
No. The assessments are run with your own clubs on a range, a practice green and a course. Everything you need to measure is on the scorecard and in the tests themselves — the app converts what you log into a handicap for each area.
